We will collect and use personal health information from our clients, including

medical history, dietary preferences, and lifestyle habits. We will also collect

information about physical health, mental health, and wellbeing through

consultations and questionnaires.

We this use personal health information for the following purposes:

1. to provide our clients with nutrition advice, services and updates, including

developing tailored diet and lifestyle plans This use is necessary for us to

deliver our contractual obligations and the provision of health care by a health

professional.

2. to carry out psychometric testing and to conduct goal setting. Using personal

information in this way is necessary to support our legitimate interests in

understanding our clients’ and their personal needs and the provision of

health care by a health professional.

We will also use selected personal information and contact details to:

1. enable us to carry out the legitimate activity of evaluating the effectiveness of

our services. (Legitimate Interest)

2. to send information about our products and services to our clients and

contacts, unless they choose not to receive these. (Soft Opt -in). Clients who

do not wish to receive this information can opt out by using the contact details

below.

Sharing personal information

We do not disclose personal health information to third parties without client’s

Consent, except in cases where we are required by law (Legal Obligation) to do so

or where there is a serious and imminent threat to the client’s health or safety. We

will disclose personal information to other healthcare professionals / service

providers where clients request this to facilitate coordinated care and treatment.

Security of personal information

We take reasonable measures to protect all personal information from unauthorized

access, use, loss or disclosure. We maintain physical, technical, and administrative

safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal

information.

Individual Rights

Clients have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information held by

us. They may also object to the processing of their personal information or request

the restriction of its processing. Clients can exercise these rights by contacting us

using the contact details provided below.

Retention of personal information

Clients: we retain personal health information for as long as necessary to provide our

services and a maximum of 12 months after our business relationship with clients

has ended.

Other contacts: we retain personal health information for 6 months after the receipt

of enquiries or 6 months after communications have ended.

Once the above periods are reached, we securely delete or destroy personal

information.
